Senior Pastor Mitch Horton
Since graduating from Rhema Bible Training Center in 1981, Mitch has been involved in various forms of ministry. Pioneering a church in South Carolina, travelling as an itinerant minister, and serving as an associate pastor were all experiences that led to him moving his family to North Carolina in October of 1994. There, he became pastor of what was then called Auburn Christian Church, and over the years obtained a Master of Divinity Degree from Christian Life School of Theology. From that small beginning, God has grown them into the thriving church known now as Victory Church.
Mitch married his wife Susan in 1979. They now have four children: Jon, Sarah, Jessica, and Lindsay. In his spare time, he enjoys jogging, tennis, and reading.
